Every book is made to order, so delivery times include printing.
From your photos to your door

Your story is created
Choose an occasion, add your photos and details, then personalise your cover. Making a book usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

Checked by a person
Before anything goes to print, a member of our team reviews your book page by page.

Printed on demand
Each book is printed just for you: casebound hardcovers with 200gsm gloss pages, softcovers with smooth 150gsm pages.

Dispatched to your door
We email you the moment your book is on its way.

Times include printing your book as well as delivery. You'll see your estimated arrival dates at checkout before you pay.
UK Standard delivery is free when you order a hardcover book.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding to Europe and worldwide, so sign up to our newsletter on the homepage to be the first to know.
Keep track of your order
After you order, your confirmation email includes a link to your personal order page, where you can watch your book move from review to printing to dispatch. We'll also email you as soon as your book has been dispatched.
If something goes wrong
If your book hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@memorytales.co.uk and we'll make it right with a free reprint or refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
