At MemoryTales, each storybook is created with care — from your personalised details to the final printed pages. Because every order is custom-made, please allow time for both production and delivery.
Processing Time
All personalised books are made to order.
Please allow 10-14 business days for design, printing, and preparation before dispatch.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been sent.
Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Royal Mail First Class – £4.50
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to Royal Mail delays or seasonal demand.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your address details before placing your order.
We cannot replace or refund orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delays
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@memorytales.co.uk and we’ll help investigate.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order numberand clear photos of any damage.
We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
